Ingredients
1
cup gram flour/Besan flour
½
cup ghee (add extra ¼ optional)
¾
cup powder sugar
1
tbsp. Cardamom
4-5
Almonds(chopped)
4-5
cashew (chopped)
2
tbsp. Raisins
Add
1 tbsp. of ghee in a pan over low heat, add nuts and fry them.
Then
add remaining ghee, when ghee starts to melt sieve the gram flour over the ghee.
Mix
well, roast it over low heat until it turns golden brown, and stir
continuously.
When
it roasted properly, you will get nice aroma from it.
It
would take approx. 7-10mins.
Turn
off the heat, transfer to large bowl and let it cool for approx. 10-20mins. Or
till it reaches room temperature then add powdered sugar and mix well.
Add
cardamom, fried nuts mix well.
Shape the mixture into balls with your hands. Leave it for
few hours then serve them or store in an airtight container.
