Ingredients
For Cake
1 ½ Cups flour (all-purpose)
¼ Cup cocoa (unsweetened)
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Cup hot water
For Frosting
1
cup Heavy Whipping Cream/coconut cream{for vegan}

tbsp. Powder Sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C).
In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking
soda, salt and cocoa.
In a cup/bowl add water, vegetable oil,
vinegar, vanilla and mix.
Then combine both dry and wet ingredients.
Mix well until smooth.
Immediately pour batter into a well-greased
baking pan (9x13 inch). Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35-40
minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
For Frosting:
In the mixing bowl add whipping cream and
sugar. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
Let the cake to cool down to room temperature
(3hr), then spread the frosting over cake and decorate the cake with berries.
1.Make a well in the dry ingredients, and
then gently pour wet ingredients into the center.
Stir the dry ingredients (flour,
leavening, salt, spices) together. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently
push the dry ingredients against the sides of the bowl to make a
well.
2.Store any unused portion in an airtight
container for up to 10 hours. When ready to use, whisk again for 10 to 15
seconds.
