Ingredients
Puff pastry sheet
For Filling:
3 Potatoes, boiled
1 Large onion, chopped
1 or 2 garlic
12-15 Curry leaves
1-2 Green chili, chopped
½ tsp. Black mustard seeds
½ Cumin seeds
10-15 Roasted cashews
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
½ Lime
1 or 2 tbsp. Chopped
coriander leaves
2 tbsp. Oil
Salt as required
Instructions
For Filling:
Heat oil in a pan; first
fry the mustard seeds and cumin seeds till they splutter.
Add garlic, green chilies
and curry leaves and sauté for some 20-30 seconds.
Add chopped onions and
sauté till they become soft.
Then add turmeric powder,
cashew and salt. Stir for 2-3 seconds and add the potatoes.
Lastly add the lime juice
and stir well.
Add coriander leaves and
mix well with the potatoes.
Keep the potato filling aside.
Preheat the oven to 415 degree F.
