MAKEUP REMOVER

 MAKEUP REMOVER





A. Eye Makeup Remover

 1.     ¾ cup water
 2.    1½ tablespoon baby shampoo (tearless)
 3.    ½ teaspoon baby oil

Mix ingredients together slowly. Pour into desired bottle and enjoy.
