Eggless Sugar cookies

Ingredients
¾ cup All Purpose Flour
¾ cup Confectioners Sugar
¼ cup Corn Starch
½ cup Butter
¼ tsp. Salt
Instructions
In a bowl shift flour, cornstarch
and salt and mix well.
In another large bowl mix butter
and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy cream.
Gradually add the flour
mixture to creamed mixture and mix well
Preheat oven to 350°. Roll
into 1-in. balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 25-35 minutes or until
golden brown.
