Nutella & Nuts Puff

Nutella & Nuts Puff

Yield:   18-20 small puffs

Ingredients
¼ cup Almonds
¼ cup Pistachio
Puff pastry sheet

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 415 degree F.

Roughly chop almonds and pistachios or crush using Mortar and Pestle

Line baking sheets with parchment paper

Thaw frozen puff pastry

Once the puff pastry is thawed roll it out and cut into squares, add Nutella on one side of puff pastry, and then sprinkle chopped nuts on it.

Fold square into a triangle by pulling diagonally opposite corner towards one another.

Bake at 415 degrees F for approximately 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

Remove the puffs from the oven and allow the puff to cool for 5 minutes then serve.
