Ingredients

tsp. Melted Butter

Grated Coconut

cup Tutti Frutti
¼
cup Assorted nuts and Raisins
½
tsp. Cardamom Powder

tbsp. Jam

tbsp. Powder Sugar

1.
Heat ½ tsp. of butter in a frying pan and add dry grated coconut, nuts and
sugar,
fry
it on medium heat till sugar dissolves.

Add tutti-frutti, jam and mix well till everything combines. Switch off the
flame and allow it to cool.

Take Puff Pastry Sheets roll it out, cut it out into two circles one big and
one small
using
any cutter.
4. Spread
the coconut sweet mixture over the sheets leaving the edges plain. Cover this
sweet filling with small sheet and fix the edge. Slightly press the center and
the edges with your hand so that the mixture and the sheets are completely
sealed.
5. Place
it on a baking sheet and place it in oven that is preheated to 415 deg Fahrenheit,
bake it for 20 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
6.
Cut it into desired shape with a pizza cutter or knife and serve warm.
Note:
Dry coconut or frozen/freshly grated coconut can be used.
